"True Escrow" refers to the irrevocable delivery of documents or instructions to a third party. Trust Accounting offers True Escrow service at no additional charge.

True Escrow can be used to assure timely payment of underlying loans or other obligations. It can help prevent additional costs or delay in clearing title or transferring funds by guaranteeing that the appropriate documents will be available at final payoff.
