True Escrow can be used to assure payment of underlying loans or other obligations. It can help to prevent additional costs or delays in clearing title or transferring funds by guaranteeing that the appropriate documents will be available at the final payoff. This service can be especially helpful when the transaction involves several partners or heirs.

AFTS Contract Services (formerly Trust Accounting Center) will securely store those documents until they are needed to release a lien or transfer title. That way you have the peace of mind knowing those crucial documents will be there when you need them.
